"Sergelen" Industrial Park
Based in Sergelen soum, leveraging the “MAK EuroBlock,” “MAK EuroWindow” (windows, doors, glass facade) factories, and the “MAK EuroVenti” ventilation duct factory, new manufacturing plants will be established. These will produce plastic pallets, pipes, plastic window and door frames, sacks, high-quality ready-mix concrete, dry construction mixtures, and fiber cement boards. These developments aim to reduce import dependence in these product categories.
Modern solar power plant with smart control system for domestic use
In its first year of operation, the solar power plant will supply 36% of the current electricity demand of the Sergelen Industrial Park.

Fiber Cement Board Plant
Using European technology and domestic raw materials, the plant will produce façade, wall, and roofing boards widely used in the construction sector, helping to reduce dependence on imports.

Precast Concrete Plant
Using fully and semi-automated equipment from leading European and Japanese companies such as RMS, Colle SPA, Poyatos, and Afinitas, the plant is capable of producing a wide variety of products. Depending on the product type, PMP, Zero-Slump, or conventional concrete mixtures are used. High-quality molds ensure smooth surfaces and minimal tolerance errors. Some products are manufactured using a dry process, which reduces water consumption and extends product lifespan. The plant is also working on adopting advanced technologies for the future, including self-healing concrete, carbon dioxide-cured concrete, heated concrete, concrete supercapacitors, and 3D-printed concrete mixtures.

Bag and Sack Manufacturing Plant
The plant will produce three types of products: cement sacks, flour sacks, and jumbo bags for feed and concentrates. It will supply the packaging needs of MAK’s factories and mines, as well as meet broader demand for bags and sacks across Mongolia.

Compressed Plastic Products Plant
Using the highest-capacity injection molding machine in Mongolia, the plant produces and supplies high-quality plastic pallets.
In the future, it will expand to manufacture and supply geological core sample boxes, plastic pipe fittings, and additional components for profiles.

CATERING INDUSTRY
A catering facility will be established to supply prepared meals and food products for all employees of Mongolyn Alt (MAK) LLC’s factories and mines, serve the broader Mongolian market, and provide in-flight catering services for Hunnu Air passengers.
