MAK Euro Block Factory Celebrates its 10th anniversary

MAK Euro Block Factory, a leader in introducing European standards to Mongolia's construction materials industry, is celebrating its 10-year milestone. Since its inception, the factory has consistently maintained industry-leading standards in product quality and technological innovation, playing a pivotal role in transforming the domestic construction sector.

Starting in 2010, MAK initiated extensive research and investment to leverage Mongolia’s mineral resources for innovative construction materials. This strategic initiative led to the opening of the MAK Euro Block Factory in 2015. The factory’s establishment has significantly advanced Mongolia's construction materials sector by elevating quality standards, reducing reliance on imported products, and facilitating infrastructure projects that meet international benchmarks.

Our factory is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery provided by Germany's internationally acclaimed Topwerk Group's HESS AAC Systems, featuring advanced computer-controlled automation. HESS AAC Systems is globally recognized for improving production efficiency, increasing productivity, and deploying environmentally sustainable technologies with minimal waste.

Currently, the factory satisfies more than 40% of Mongolia's domestic market demands by delivering consistently high-quality products. Over the past decade, the factory has produced and distributed 1,878,720 cubic meters of Euro Block. By utilizing domestic mineral resources and local engineering expertise, the factory has prevented approximately USD 113 million in foreign currency outflow. This volume of production is sufficient to construct 1,168 residential buildings of 23 floors each, 1,694 schools with capacities for 960 students, or 4,677 kindergartens, each accommodating 200 children.
