MAK Provides MNT 12.5 Billion to Support Employee Learning and Development

Mongolyn Alt (MAK) LLC launched its education assistance program in 2024 to support employees’ continued learning and development, as well as their families’ educational needs.

Between 2024 and 2026, MAK provided a total of MNT 12.5 billion in assistance to 5,853 employees under the program.

Employees can use this allowance to fund their own education and professional development or cover their children’s school and kindergarten fees. Paid as a salary supplement, the allowance is equivalent to 5% of an employee’s annual salary. All permanent employees with more than one year of continuous service are eligible, regardless of whether they have children.

To strengthen employees’ financial security and well-being and recognize their performance, MAK offers five key benefits:

• Health insurance: Coverage of up to MNT 20 million per year.

• Paid leave: Six days of paid leave.

• Retirement savings: Contributions of 2% each from the employee and the employer.

• Performance bonuses: Incentives based on key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Education and development allowance: Support equivalent to 5% of annual salary.
