Health Insurance: Every full-time employee is covered by an annual health insurance plan of up to MNT 20 million. MAK covers 100% of the insurance premium, and employees can use their coverage at any accredited healthcare provider.

Education Support: Each autumn, employees receive an education support benefit equivalent to 5% of their annual salary. This benefit is designed to support continued learning and development opportunities for employees and their children.

Paid Leaves: Employees are entitled to six paid leave days each year. If these leave days are not used, employees may receive the equivalent amount as additional compensation in accordance with company policy.

Retirement Savings Program: This benefit is designed to help employees build long-term financial security and prepare for future financial needs. Employees may voluntarily contribute 2% of their monthly salary to the savings program, with MAK matching their contribution with an additional 2%.

Performance Bonus: Employees are eligible for an annual performance-based bonus. Depending on individual performance results, employees may receive a bonus equivalent to 20–35% of their annual salary.
