In addition, the company’s Human Resources and Training Department conducted tailored training programs for different audiences:

This initiative reflects MAK’s strong commitment to social responsibility and education. Notably, in 2022, the company invested 11.5 billion MNT to construct this international-standard school in Yeruu soum. The facility, designed to accommodate 960 students, was built using MAK’s own building materials.
The four-story school building, covering 3,112 m², includes over 30 classrooms, science laboratories, a library, gymnasium, performing arts hall, cafeteria, medical and counseling rooms, restrooms and showers designed for children, and an elevator for students with disabilities. The campus also features a sports field and landscaped outdoor spaces—making it a truly comprehensive and modern educational environment.
