"Sergelen" Industrial Park
Based in Sergelen soum, leveraging the “MAK Euro Block,” “MAK Euro Windoor” (windows, doors, glass facade) factories, and the “MAK Euro Venti” ventilation duct factory, new manufacturing plants will be established. These will produce plastic pallets, pipes, plastic window and door frames, sacks, high-quality ready-mix concrete, dry construction mixtures, and fiber cement boards. These developments aim to reduce import dependence in these product categories.
Modern solar power plant with smart control system for domestic use
In its first year of operation, the solar power plant will supply 36% of the current electricity demand of the Sergelen Industrial Park.

Concrete Components Factory
Through fully and semi-automated systems sourced from RMS, Colle SPA, Poyatos, and Afinitas, we produce a diverse product range. Depending on requirements, PMP, Zero-Slump, or conventional concrete mixes are employed. The use of premium molds ensures uniform product surfaces and minimal error tolerances. Certain products are manufactured via the dry method, lowering water usage and extending service life. In the future, MAK plans to introduce cutting-edge technologies such as self-healing concrete, CO₂-sequestering concrete, heated concrete, concrete supercapacitors, and 3D-printed concrete.

CATERING INDUSTRY
A catering facility will be established to supply prepared meals and food products for all employees of Mongolyn Alt (MAK) LLC’s factories and mines, serve the broader Mongolian market, and provide in-flight catering services for Hunnu Air passengers.
