"Sergelen" Industrial Park
Leveraging the existing infrastructure and capabilities of the MAK Euro Block, MAK Euro Windoor window, door, and glass façade plant, and MAK Euro Venti ventilation duct plant in Sergelen soum, Tuv Province, MAK plans to establish additional manufacturing facilities for plastic products—including window and door profiles, plastic pipes, bags, and sacks—as well as a precast concrete products plant.
Precast Concrete Products Factory
The plant will manufacture a wide range of precast concrete products using fully and semi-automated equipment supplied by leading European and Japanese companies, including RMS, Colle S.p.A., Poyatos, and Afinitas. Depending on product specifications, the plant will use PMP, zero-slump, or conventional concrete mixes. High-precision moulds will ensure smooth, consistent surfaces and minimal dimensional variation. Selected products will be manufactured using dry-cast technology, reducing water consumption and extending product service life. The plant also plans to introduce advanced technologies, including self-healing concrete, carbon-cured concrete, heated concrete, concrete-based energy storage systems, and 3D concrete printing.

Cement Grinding Plant
A new cement grinding plant will be established within the industrial complex to supply Ulaanbaatar and Tuv Province with high-quality dry-process cement manufactured in accordance with European standards and advanced production technologies.

Bag and Sack Factory
The plant will manufacture cement sacks, flour sacks, and jumbo bags for feed and mineral concentrates. It will supply MAK’s industrial and mining operations while helping meet Mongolia’s broader demand for bags and sacks.

PVC Profile Manufacturing Plant
In collaboration with Exelliq, a global leader in profile extrusion technology, the plant will manufacture European-standard uPVC window and door profiles specifically engineered to withstand Mongolia’s extreme climatic conditions.

The plant will manufacture high-quality, non-toxic, and recyclable plastic pipes in a wide range of sizes, specifically engineered to withstand Mongolia’s extreme climatic conditions.

The plant manufactures and supplies high-quality plastic pallets using Mongolia’s highest-capacity injection moulding machine.

Catering Facility
MAK plans to establish a centralized catering facility to prepare and supply meals and food products for employees across its industrial and mining operations. The facility will also serve the domestic market and provide in-flight catering services for passengers of Hunnu Air.
